ABOUT THE BAND

Stanton & The Seasons is an Anglo-Italian group based in Bari, Italy. Our spiritual HQ is the Madonnella neighbourhood: Greenwich Village, southern Italian style.

 

As for the question we get asked all the time: what type of music do you play? Well, it's just our type of music. Our sound delves into the past but it's firmly here in the present. A good tune will always be a good tune, and that's what matters.

Our first two singles, End Song and Road With A Reason, were released during summer 2022 while the follow-up Leaving Again b/w Oddball, a digital double-A side, came out in November 2022.

​

These songs were all taken from our first album, Here From There, which was released in May 2023 and is available on super-duper chunky 180-gram vinyl from record stores. 

 

Live, we were buzzed to be invited to play a slot at the Sziget Festival in August 2023 and spent 2024 playing a handful of local live shows (including an outdoor acoustic performance) as well as going back into the studio to complete recording for our second album, Splinters Of Sunlight, due for release in spring of 2025.

Meanwhile our new single Pieces Of My Mind was released in January 2025 on Phony Art Records and is available for streaming on all major platforms.
